ACCOMMODATION
Our
3 bedroom villa has a master suite with King size bed, walk in
closet and full bath.
The front bedroom has a queen size bed and share a bathroom with
the twin bedded room, both rooms have oversize closets.
All bedrooms have drawer space, ceiling fans, bedside lamps and
alarm clocks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge and ice maker,
toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
There is an extendable kitchen table and bar stools, for larger
parties.
There is ample crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for the majority
of parties.
The Utility room has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing
board.
There
is also a more formal dinning area which seats 6. In the dinning
room you will find a buffet or sideboard which is stocked with
various games such as Monopoly, Taboo and Weakest Link, along
with shelves full of all types of books for young and old. On
top you will find a selection of Cd's and an entertainment centre.
In
the living room one of the sofas turns into a queen size bed,
there is cable television DVD and video player, along with a selection
of films.

kitchen is fully equipped with stove fridge and ice maker,
toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. With a kitchen
table and bar stools for larger parties. |

The
utility room has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing
board. |

Rooms: |
In
the living room one of the sofas turns into a queen size bed,
there is cable television, DVD player and video player, along
with Hi Fi a selection of games and books for both adults
and children in the buffet/sideboard. |

Also
there is a more formal dining area which seats 6.
There are 2 telephones, 1 with answering machine and portable
handset. International, long distance and local telephone
calls are free as is access to your Internet provider. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
There
are plenty of linens towels and beach towels for your use
during your stay. The villa will be cleaned for your arrival.
When you go out, no one will enter the villa whilst you are
there unless arrangements are made with the management Company
in Florida. |
