Our Lakeview villa is situated in Poinciana, Kissimmee, Central Florida. The villa has cathedral ceilings and so feels very light and airy. It is air conditioned and comes very well equipped.

The rear of the villa overlooks a well stocked bass lake, where you can fish or simply watch the spectacular sunsets.

This aspect makes the deck and pool area quiet during the day, whilst you sunbathe and swim.

Unlike many villas we do not have any other pools to the left or the right of us so with the lake at the back you are never overlooked.

It is within easy reach of all major attractions such as Disney and Universal Studios, the area also has several Golf courses, Wild life preserves and access at Southport to lake Tohopekaliga for airboat rides or fishing.

Our villa is situated in a quiet residential estate, with easy access to both Orlando and Sanford International Airports.
