Poinciana Town centre is less than 5 minutes away.Where you will find a 24 hour Wal-Mart along with Winn Dixie and Publix supermarkets along with several take aways and restaurants hair salons and beauty parlours, medical centres, video rentals, Banks, a post office, Library tire repair shop, gas stations, liquor stores, and many more. If there is still something you miss a 20 minute drive will find on the 192 where you can find nearly everything!

The nearest golf club is stonegate at Solivita, guests have also recommended Eagle creek, a very nice and tough course, Shingle creek, Disney´s Palm and Magnolia, which is beautiful and Harmony Reverse, well worth the 45 min drive east along 192.

Less than 5 minutes to the Nature Conservancy's Disney Wilderness Preserve, where you can hike and learn about local wildlife. At weekends you can also visit Reedy Creek Nature preserve on Poinciana Blvd.
